In accordance with the Mexican Federal
Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereafter referred to as the Law)
HIGHPACK S. de R.L. de C.V. (hereafter referred to as HIGHPACK) located in Pedro Martinez Rivas 731, Parque Industrial Belenes Norte, Zip Code 44150, Zapopan, Jalisco; provides the following Privacy Notice.
HIGHPACK will be responsible for all personal data provided by private parties to whom the information corresponds (hereafter referred to as “Holder”) for means of the company itself or for any part of the corporation be it controlling, subsidiary, or affiliated companies. Establishing that due to their nature and aim the personal data of the Holder provided to HIGHPACK in whatever form or under whatever circumstance may be treated in accordance with the terms and conditions stated here, it is understood that the Holder consents to such processing.
The use of personal data willbe subject to the relationship that links it to HIGHPACK:
- CLIENTS AND GENERAL PUBLIC. In case of being a HIGHPACK client or asking for further information on one of our products, the data will be used to identify, contact and send you information on the requested product, to notify you about new products related to the ones you have already contracted or acquired, to inform you about changes related to these products, to carry out periodic evaluations in order to improve their quality; and generally speaking, to fulfill our contractual obligations with you.
Personal data information that HIGHPACK might ask for is the following:
• Your name, nationality, address, profession, your tax identification number (RFC or CURP), e-mail address, telephone number, property data, financial information and record(s) / official ID(s) to prove your identity and personality of the information you are providing. - SUPPLIERS. If your relationship to HIGHPACK is being a supplier, your data will be necessary to register you in the database of our system and to process your payment, as well as to monitor the quality of your services and to fulfill our obligations with you, be this through purchase orders or contracts.
Personal data information that HIGHPACK might ask for is the following:
• Your name, nationality, address, profession, your tax identification number (RFC or CURP, e-mail address, telephone number, property data, financial information and record(s) / official ID(s) to prove your identity and personality of the information you are providing. - REPRESENTATIVES OR LEGAL GUARDIANS. If your relationship to HIGHPACK, S. de R.L. de C.V. is as a REPRESENTATIVE OR LEGAL GUARDIAN of a moral person, your personal data will be needed for your identification and collating of your signature.
Personal data information that HIGHPACK might ask for is the following:
• Your name, nationality, address, profession, your tax identification number (RFC or CURP), e-mail address, telephone number and record (s) / official ID(s) to prove your identity and personality of the information you are providing.
In accordance with the Privacy Policy at HIGHPACK, your information will be appropriately secured, kept, and protected with the appropriate administrative, technical, and physical means to avoid loss, misuse, alteration, non-authorized access, and theft. Only people authorized by HIGHPACK will have access to the information, be this employees, service suppliers, or business partners who are committed to keeping the information strictly confidential and secure; therefore, each year our employees sign the Privacy Policy at HIGHPACK and suppliers and business partners have signed agreements and contracts where it is agreed that the information is absolutely confidential.
How long we keep and process personal data of the Holder will depend on the legal relationship between him and HIGHPACK as well as the required obligations established by the current legislation and corresponding authorities. In any of the cases the information will be kept only for a reasonable time frame.
It is important to inform you that you have the right to
access, rectify, and cancel your personal data, to object to the processing or refuse it, or revoke your consent for these purposes you had agreed upon; to do this, you will need to send a request under the terms provided by the Law (for specific cases see Art. 29) to the following e-mail address:

As for this, we would like to let you know that your data could be transferred to other entities within the company that have the same interest with the overall objective to ensure full performance of the purposes for which your information was collected and/or to guarantee compliance of corporate policies and/or legal requirements.
In case HIGHPACK needs to use your personal data for other means than the ones agreed upon under the terms of the legal relationship maintained with the Holder, the Holder will be notified in written form, by telephone, e-mail, or any means be it optical, auditory, visual, or any other that technology may allow now or in the future explaining the new use of the personal data in order to seek authorization.
